Western blot analysis of TAB-450CQ was performed by loading Human FCGRT Protein (His Tag) in reduced condition Lane 1, Lane 2 and Lane 3 (0.1 μg, 0.3 μg and 0.6 μg respectively) onto a 12% Tris-HCl polyacrylamide gel. Proteins were transferred to a CN membrane and blocked with 5% skim milk for at least one hour. Membranes were probed with TAB-450CQ (Left, 2 μg/mL) and TAB-450CQ-FITC (Right, 2 μg/mL). HRP-conjugated goat anti-human IgG as a secondary antibody (1: 6000). Chemiluminescent detection was performed.

Dot Blot analysis of TAB-450CQ was performed by coating with Human FCGRT Protein (His Tag).

ELISA analysis of TAB-450CQ was performed by coating with Human FCGRT Protein (His Tag). Then blocked with BSA and incubated with TAB-450CQ and TAB-450CQ-FITC. The HRP-conjugated goat anti-human IgG as a secondary antibody (1: 8000). Detection was performed using TMB substrate and stopped with sulfuric acid. The absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm.

Excellent for Flow Cytometry
This antibody works excellently in flow cytometry applications. We used it to assess FCGRT expression on different cell types, and the results were highly reliable and reproducible.
